Before joining Cornerstone, Christy served as the Director of Member Experience for Centra Credit Union. In this role, she was instrumental in implementing numerous process improvements by analyzing data from member feedback and trends. Her strategic insights and commitment to enhancing member experience led to significant advancements within the organization. Additionally, she played a key role on project teams for a core conversion, digital banking conversion, and a merger, demonstrating her adeptness at managing complex initiatives and driving successful outcomes.
As Project Coordinator at Cornerstone, Christy supports the execution of various projects within the firm's Program Management Office. She works on a diverse array of projects within the advisory, performance, selection, conversion, and technology practices. Collaborating closely with Project Managers and Program Managers, she ensures that projects progress smoothly, adhere to schedules, meet quality standards, and stay within budgetary constraints.
