Danielle Ujimori is a dynamic consultant in our Contract Negotiations practice, bringing a wealth of expertise in strategic management, operations efficiency, and technology integration to our clients. With a background in business management and analytics, as well as a master's in global digital transformation, she helps small and mid-sized banks and credit unions harness technology to drive efficiency and growth. Her skill set includes competitive analysis, market positioning, financial modeling, and change management, all essential for optimizing clients' business processes and helping them achieve their organizational goals.
Born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii, Danielle graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno, where she balanced academics and athletics as a member of the women's golf team. Her career path has taken her through internships at ManaUp and the Oahu Economic Development Board, along with consulting for a Japanese company during her graduate studies at Thunderbird School of Global Management. Now, as part of our Contracts Team, she is sharpening her consulting skills and gaining valuable insights into the financial services industry.
