Daryl is a Senior Director and leads Cornerstone’s Retail Lending practice.
As an experienced banker prior to joining Cornerstone, Daryl has over 25 years in the financial services industry. Since joining Cornerstone in 2009, Daryl has personally led hundreds projects for banks and credit unions to advise in their journey of becoming high performing organizations.
He has collaborated with lenders across the country on initiatives to drive improved efficiency, profitability, and overall staffing and technology utilization. Daryl is focused on working with lenders in mortgage lending, consumer lending, collections and loan servicing in driving data driven outcomes to help organizations improve their performance.
Daryl is a regular contributor to GonzoBanker, Cornerstone’s blog and numerous industry publications such as American Banker, CUES, CU Journal and TruStage. He is also a frequent speaker having presented for numerous webinars, podcasts and conferences such as ACUMA, ICE, Hyland, MeridianLink, Origence and TruStage.
Daryl also leads the facilitation of Cornerstone’s Chief Lending Officer Roundtable and conducts various studies on lending performance and trends with lenders across the country.
Daryl loves music, vinyl and everything unique. He lives in Indianapolis with his wife and has two adult children.
