Delivery
Our delivery approach is flexible according to the maturity of your project delivery methodology. We partner with your transformation office or PMO team to cultivate a culture of accountability to achieve your desired outcomes
Resource Management: Our Resource Management discipline ensures that we are measuring and coordinating the time commitments required for all team members across all aspects of the Program.
Scope Management: We will work in partnership with your teams to ensure that any identified changes are measured and aligned against the program’s goals, milestones, costs, and deadlines.
Budget Management: Business cases with supporting cost/benefit analysis and detailed budgets will be managed throughout the lifecycle of the program and projects..
Issue/Risk/Dependency Management: Proactive identification, management, and communication / reporting of actual and perceived risks, issues, and dependencies.
